I help athletes fuel for performance and build sustainable habits that support long-term success. Whether you're training for competition or striving to level up your fitness, I provide personalised coaching that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and sport. Through evidence-based strategies and habit-focused guidance, I help you to take control of your nutrition, so you can train harder, recover quicker, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
Competitive mum of two, with a full-time career and a love for food and training. I compete in CrossFit and Hyrox, and what started as a fitness habit quickly became a passion.
As my competitive drive grew, I turned these two passions into an evidence-based approach to nutrition to get stronger, faster, and fitter, without compromising on life. I learned how to fuel my body for performance, recovery, and strength.
My coaching is solutions-focused and has taken me from scaled to RX workouts, onto competition podiums, and even to the Hyrox World Championships with my partner, Tom. I’ve learnt to navigate setbacks, minor and major injuries which taught me the real power of targeted nutrition combined with smart coaching and rehab.
Now, through Habit Driven Nutrition, I help other athletes of all levels do the same: align their nutrition with their training, build sustainable habits, and perform at their best, in sport and in life.
